How long does setup take?
Most portals are live within 24-48 hours. We set up your subdomain, brand your templates, and configure billing. Then you invite your team.
Can employees customize the templates?
Yes, but only the fields you allow. Typically: name, title, phone, email, and photo. Company logo, address, tagline, and design elements are locked by admin to maintain brand consistency.
How does billing work?
A company credit card is stored securely on file. When any employee places an order, it is automatically charged to the company card. Enterprise clients can opt for monthly invoicing (Net 30). All orders show up in your admin usage report.
Can we require manager approval?
Yes — the Business and Enterprise plans include approval workflows. You can require approval for all orders, orders above a dollar threshold, orders from specific departments, or orders using non-standard templates.
What if an employee leaves the company?
Admin deactivates their account instantly. All access is revoked, pending orders can be cancelled, and their order history is preserved in your reports for compliance.
Do you support international offices?
Yes. Shipping to any US address is standard, and international shipping is available for Enterprise plans. Multiple office addresses can be saved per employee.
