Reversed commissions

If a customer's payment fails inside the 30-day window, the matching commission is reversed.

Reasons fall into four buckets: chargeback, refund, fraud, or TOS violation. You can contest any clawback you believe was issued in error.

Contesting a clawback

Click Contest on any clawback to submit a dispute. Provide a brief reason and any supporting documentation (screenshots, customer correspondence). Reviews complete within 5 business days.

Strong contests usually fall into one of these patterns:

  • Duplicate clawback — same order was already reversed and a second clawback was triggered in error.
  • Mis-routed dispute — chargeback belonged to a different order in the partner ledger.
  • Fraud-flag false positive — order shipped, customer confirmed delivery in writing.

Contests submitted after the 60-day post-clawback window cannot be reviewed. We keep contest history visible permanently for audit.
