Chargeback clawback: if a customer charges back or refunds within the 30-day payout window, the corresponding commission is reversed. You can contest a clawback from your dashboard if it was issued in error.

How is the Partner Program different from the AE program?

Account Executives are 1099 contractors with quotas, pipeline, and their own dashboard. Partners are independent — they refer, resell, create, or influence on their own time and earn commissions on attributed sales. The two programs do not overlap.

How does the 30-day payout window work?

Commissions begin to accrue when an order ships, and they clear 30 days later. The window protects against refunds and chargebacks — if either lands during the window, the commission is reversed (we call this a clawback). The clawback log is visible in your dashboard so nothing is opaque.

What happens if a customer charges back?

Within the 30-day window, the corresponding commission is reversed automatically. You can contest a clawback from the Clawbacks tab if you believe it was issued in error — common contest reasons are duplicate refund, mis-routed dispute, or fraud-flag false positive.

Can I apply for more than one track?

Yes. Pick your primary track on the application. Once approved you can add additional tracks from your dashboard. Most partners stay on one; Creators and Influencers commonly stack Affiliate on top.

Do I need to be in the US?

No. International partners are welcome. Stripe Connect handles tax forms (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for international). Reseller track requires a business entity in your country.
