What's covered
- Press errors — colour shift, registration off, foil not adhering, ink smudging, damaged stock, wrong substrate
- Shipping damage — boxes damaged in transit, water damage, lost packages
- Our prepress mistakes — if we adjusted something without telling you and you don't like the result
What's not covered
- Artwork issues you knew about — typos, wrong phone number, misaligned logos in the file you sent. If it slipped past prepress and you didn't catch it, we usually offer 50% credit on a reprint.
- Colour expectation gaps — print colour will look slightly different from screen.
- Subjective design feedback after final approval on custom-design orders.
How to request
- Email
support@inkgility.com within 30 days of delivery - Include order number + high-res photos
- Tell us reprint or refund — we confirm within 1 business day
- Reprints ship within 5 business days; refunds process within 3 business days back to original payment method
Custom design service
If two rounds fail to land the brief, full design fee refunded — no questions.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled before production starts (usually within 24 hours). After prepress is complete or press is running, partial refunds may apply.
Address changes
Free if production hasn't started. $25 reroute fee after press. Email support@inkgility.com the second you spot the typo.
