Inkgility provides design and print services. We don't produce work that incites violence, harasses identifiable people, or violates platform policy. If you've found content produced by or hosted on our network that does, tell us.
Threats of violence directed at a person or group. Doxxing or non-consensual personal information. Sexually explicit content involving minors. Content promoting self-harm. Targeted harassment campaigns. Counterfeit goods. Content that infringes a trademark and misrepresents its source.
Email abuse@inkgility.com with: a link to or copy of the content; the order number if known; your relationship to the matter (target, witness, rights holder); and any supporting context. We acknowledge reports within one business day and act within five for verified abuse.
Verify the report. Suspend production on any active order matching the description. Notify the customer of the suspension and the basis. Remove the offending content from any Inkgility-hosted page. Cooperate with law enforcement on threats of violence or content involving minors, including preserving records as required.
We track patterns. Reports filed in bad faith — to harass a competitor, suppress legitimate criticism, or fish for a customer's identity — get the reporter's account flagged and may result in account suspension and referral to authorities.
