A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent. Identification of the copyrighted work (registration number if any). Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, order number). Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email). A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
Email a complete notice to dmca@inkgility.com with subject line "DMCA Notice." Or mail to: Inkgility LLC · DMCA Agent · Atlanta, GA. We act on complete notices within 7 business days.
We remove or suspend access to the material. We notify the user who uploaded or ordered the content with a copy of your notice. If they file a valid counter-notice, we share it with you. If you don't file suit within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the material as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice you believe was filed in error or fraud, submit a counter-notice to dmca@inkgility.com with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address, phone; consent to federal court jurisdiction. We pass it to the original notifier and follow the § 512(g) timeline.
Accounts that receive repeated valid DMCA notices are terminated under our repeat-infringer policy. We retain records of notices and counter-notices for at least 24 months.
