Inkgility ships to 60+ countries from our Brooklyn, NY facility.

• UK & Europe — UK, IE, FR, DE, NL, BE, IT, ES, PT, CH, AT, SE, NO, DK, FI, PL, CZ (5–9 days)
• Asia Pacific & Middle East — JP, KR, CN, HK, SG, MY, TH, ID, PH, VN, AU, NZ, IN, AE, SA (7–14 days)
• Latin America & Africa — BR, AR, CL, CO, PE, ZA, NG, KE (9–16 days)

US shipping methods

• Standard — UPS Ground, 5–7 days · FREE on orders over $99
• Priority — UPS 3-Day Select · $9.99
• Express — UPS 2nd Day Air · $24.99
• Rush — UPS Next Day Air · $49.99

International

Ships via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on orders over $500 — we cover all duties and import taxes. Below $500, recipient pays local taxes at delivery.

Production vs shipping time

Separate. Standard production is 2 weeks (1 week for rush, +30%) followed by your chosen shipping speed. Total estimate appears in your cart summary.

Tracking

Every shipment gets a tracking number, emailed at handoff. Live status in your orders dashboard.

Multi-recipient

You can ship different items to different addresses in one order — set per-item on the product page. Each ships separately with its own tracking.

Lost or damaged

File a claim within 7 days of marked delivery. We replace lost or damaged orders at no charge.

P.O. Boxes

UPS doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes. Provide a physical address.
