Orders & shipping

Where is my order? Every order gets a tracking number emailed when it ships. You can also see live status in your orders dashboard. Production is 2 weeks standard (1 week rush), then 2–14 days shipping depending on destination and method.

I gave the wrong address. Email support@inkgility.com within 24 hours. If we haven't started production, we can update it for free; if we have, there's a $25 reroute fee.

Refund / reprint. If anything ships off-spec, we reprint or refund 100% — your call. See refund policy.

Artwork & files

What files can I upload? Vector preferred (AI / EPS / SVG / vector PDF). Raster (PNG / JPG / TIFF) accepted for non-foiled elements; 300 DPI at print size.

Foil layer setup. Foil elements need their own layer named "Foil" with a spot colour swatch. Full artwork guide.

If my file fails prepress. We email you with the exact issue + a fix recommendation. You aren't charged until the file passes.

Design service

Revisions? Unlimited. If two rounds fail to land the brief, we refund 100%.

File ownership. Full commercial ownership transfers on final payment.

Print elsewhere later? Files are standard PDF/X-4 + AI; any commercial press can use them.

Account & billing

Forgot password. Use forgot password — reset link valid for 30 minutes.

Cancel a subscription reorder. Go to subscriptions. Pause, change cadence, or cancel before next charge.

Receipts. Emailed at order placement and saved in your orders tab.
