Who we are
Inkgility LLC, a Delaware company at 2150 N. Front Street, Suite 220, Philadelphia, PA 19122.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have legal authority to enter contracts.
Orders, pricing, payment
- Prices in USD unless a currency selector indicates otherwise.
- Orders accepted when we send order confirmation. We may decline orders we cannot fulfil.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount on order placement.
- Estimated production and shipping times are estimates; not guaranteed unless you've paid for guaranteed turnaround.
Artwork and intellectual property
- You retain ownership of artwork you upload or commission.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your artwork solely to produce and fulfil your order.
- You represent that you own or have rights to all uploaded artwork.
- We may refuse to produce artwork that infringes third-party rights or contains illegal content.
Custom design service
- Final commercial ownership of design work transfers on final payment.
- We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio with your permission.
- Unlimited revisions; if two rounds fail to land the brief, we refund 100%.

Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, impersonate employees, or violate law.
Limitation of liability
Inkgility's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
Governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes resolved in courts located in Philadelphia, PA.
Changes
Material changes announced by email and on this page. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
