How we hire
Apply through the role page. Within 5 business days you'll either get a 30-minute intro call with the hiring manager or a kind decline with feedback.
A 60-minute deep-dive with two future peers. Walk us through real work. Reverse-interview us.
A short, real-world project (5–8 hours, paid). Replaces "take-home tests" — we want to see you do real work and we'll pay you for the time.
Offer within 48 hours of the trial review. References are a final check, not a gate.
