What we stand for
These are the values we hire by, promote by, sometimes fire by — and absolutely build the company around.
Our mission
Most small businesses can't afford the kind of brand, marketing, and design help that large companies take for granted. They hire untested freelancers, get template-driven work, or simply go without — and their growth suffers.
Our mission is to close that gap. To put senior designers, strategists, engineers, and production specialists within reach of any business, regardless of size or budget. To replace the "talk to sales" obfuscation of legacy agencies with transparent pricing. To replace the lottery of marketplaces with stable, accountable in-house teams.
We're not building a marketplace. We're not building a tool. We're building the all-in-one team a small business deserves but cannot otherwise have. That mission is the only thing that decides what we add, what we cut, and how we price.
Our vision
Picture a baker in Detroit launching a second location, a personal trainer in Phoenix scaling to a small studio, a tech founder in Boston going from idea to first hire. Each of them deserves a brand that holds up, a website that converts, marketing that brings real customers — without becoming a marketing manager themselves.
We want a world where small business owners spend their hours on what they're great at, not piecing together vendors, freelancers, tools, and platforms. Where the gap between a Fortune 500 and a five-person company in terms of brand quality, design output, and marketing reach is no longer a gap at all.
That world is not built by one big tool. It's built by a team that's actually accountable for every piece — design, copy, code, production, distribution. That's what we're here to be.
The six values
Value 01
Every deliverable is the best version we know how to make at this moment in time. Not the fastest, not the cheapest — the best. We assume the person on the other side will look at it for years and judge us by it.
Value 02
Plain English, real numbers, visible decisions. No jargon screens, no asterisks, no surprise fees. If a customer has to ask "what does this mean?" we wrote it wrong.
Value 03
Every customer matters. Every teammate matters. Every supplier matters. We don't have "VIP" lanes — we treat the $19 business-card customer the same as the $50K enterprise contract.
Value 04
Time is the small business's scarcest resource. We move fast — fast confirmations, fast turnarounds, fast fixes — without trading craft for it. Default to action.
Value 05
Tell the truth even when it costs us the sale. If a customer doesn't need the premium tier, we say so. If we can't hit a deadline, we say so up front. If a competitor is genuinely better for a niche use case, we'll tell them.
Value 06
Original work, real opinions, sharp design. We'd rather propose something that gets a strong reaction than something safe that gets a shrug. Brand work is for standing out — that's the whole point.
In the work
Values that aren't tested aren't real. Here are three places customers see them in action every day.
Honest scope, lower of two reasonable tiers when in doubt, no add-ons we don't think you need.
Craft-first review by a senior designer, not auto-approval the moment a file passes preflight.
Real humans, US-based, empowered to fix any problem on the first message. No tickets, no scripts.
If these values sound like yours, look at the open roles.
