Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. On Month-to-Month billing, changes take effect immediately. On an Annual Contract, you'll complete your term before switching. Annual Prepaid customers cannot change plans mid-term.
What is the Ideal Card?
The Ideal Card is your NFC-enabled business card that links directly to your digital profile. Every plan includes at least one free Ideal Card — you only pay shipping and handling. Starter includes 1, Essentials 2, Pro 5, Business 10, Executive 25, and Enterprise up to 50 cards.
How do the free business cards work?
All plans include unlimited sets of 100 free business cards. Each set is 16pt glossy stock — you only pay shipping and handling per set. Order as many sets as you need throughout your billing period at no charge for the cards themselves.
How do print credits work?
Print credits are monthly allowances applied toward any print product order. Essentials: $10/mo, Pro: $25/mo, Business: $50/mo, Executive: $100/mo, Enterprise: $250/mo. You also receive a tiered print discount (up to 25% on Enterprise). Credits don't roll over — use them each month.
Do I need a paid plan for Net 30?
Yes. Net 30 starts on the Essentials plan ($29/month) with a $1,000 credit limit. The limit scales with higher plans: Pro ($2,500), Business ($5,000), Executive ($10,000), Enterprise ($25,000). Starter does not include Net 30.
What are the billing options?
Three options: Month-to-Month (cancel anytime, no commitment), Monthly with Annual Contract (10% off, 12-month commitment), and Annual Prepaid (20% off, billed once annually, non-refundable). Month-to-Month is our most flexible option.
How do AI credits and overage work?
Every plan includes monthly AI allowances across six surfaces — Design Studio text & image, Content Cockpit drafts, AI Voice minutes, AI Texting, and AI WhatsApp. You're never cut off mid-flow: usage past an allowance is billed at a small per-surface rate at the end of your cycle. Enterprise is fair-use — generous allowances with no overage charges.

Can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-Month subscribers can cancel without penalty at any time. Annual Contract subscribers carry a 12-month commitment — early cancellation incurs a fee. Annual Prepaid payments are non-refundable. You'll always have advance notice before renewal.
