Commission earnings are paid monthly via Stripe (card) or ACH bank transfer. Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the prior month's earnings. There is no minimum payout threshold for cobrand partners. Affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers have a $25 minimum.
Yes. You can apply to upgrade your tier at any time through your partner dashboard or by contacting your partner manager. Upgrades are typically processed within 2 business days and your new benefits (higher commission, portal access, etc.) activate immediately.
Your cobrand portal is a fully branded version of the Inkgility platform at yourname.inkgility.com. It shows your logo, brand colors, storefront name, and bio. A small "Powered by Inkgility" badge is shown by default but can be hidden. Clients experience the full Inkgility product suite under your brand.
Reseller partners order directly through their Inkgility portal at 30% below the standard retail price. You then charge your clients whatever you choose — the margin is yours. Inkgility handles all production, fulfillment, and customer service for the orders you place.
