Logo questions, answered
How many concepts will I get?
Essentials includes 2 concepts, Pro includes 5, and Premium includes 10. Each concept is fully original — never templated — with a brief rationale and mockup so you can see it in context.
What if I don't like any of them?
It almost never happens, but if you genuinely don't connect with any direction we'll regroup, rewrite the brief, and present an entirely new round at no extra charge. We don't ship until you're thrilled.
How long does it take?
Essentials delivers in 7 days, Pro in 5 days, and Premium in 3 days from the moment we receive your brief. Rush turnaround (24–48h first concepts) is available on Premium for a small fee.
What file types do I receive?
Essentials ships PNG + SVG. Pro and Premium ship the full vector pack: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-res PNG — in full-color, single-color, and reverse versions, sized for web, print, and social.
Can I trademark the logo?
Yes. You receive full copyright assignment with every package, which is required to file a trademark. Add the Trademark Search Consult ($199) and we'll review the USPTO database for likely conflicts before delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't delivered first concepts yet, you get a full refund — no questions. Once concepts are delivered, refunds are partial and prorated. In 12 years of operation, fewer than 0.3% of our clients have ever asked.
Can you work with my existing brand colors?
Absolutely. If you already have a color palette, fonts, or design preferences, drop them in the brief. We can also do a quick refresh of an existing logo instead of a full rebuild — just tell us what you have.
Do I own the rights to the logo?
Yes — 100%, forever. On delivery, copyright is fully assigned to you. No watermarks, no royalties, no recurring license fees. Print it on a billboard, register a trademark, sell the company with it — it's yours.
Can I request unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions are included in Pro and Premium. Essentials includes 2 rounds; additional rounds are $100 each. "Revision" means refining the chosen direction — switching direction mid-project counts as a new concept.
What if I need rush delivery?
Rush is built into Premium (24–48h first concepts available). For Essentials or Pro, add a $99 rush fee at checkout and we'll move you to the front of the queue. Available subject to designer availability.
