How do I check my order status?

Sign in to your dashboard and open Orders. Each order shows production status, proof status, and tracking once shipped.

What if I need to change a file after ordering?

If we haven't started production, you can upload a new file from the order page. Once on press, file changes require a reorder.

Do you offer file-prep help?

Yes — Designer Assist polishes uploaded files for $79 per project. Prepress check is free on every order.

What's your return policy?

Defects and shipping damage refunded or reprinted within 30 days. Custom print is not returnable for buyer's remorse — please request a sample pack before large orders.

How fast does support respond?

Email within 4 business hours. Live chat 9am–6pm CT. Phone for Brand-Ops and Enterprise customers.
