What sizes do you print?
Six standard sizes: 8.5×11" (full page, most popular), 5.5×8.5" (half page), 4.25×11" (rack card / DL), 11×17" (poster), 4.25×5.5" (quarter page), and 5×7" (greeting). Custom sizes available — request a quote.
Which paper stock should I choose?
100lb gloss text is the default for high-volume marketing flyers — bright, smooth, and economical. Choose 14pt cardstock for door hangers and upscale invitations, 16pt premium uncoated for boutique tactile feels, or 70lb recycled kraft for eco-conscious brands.
What finishes are available?
No finish (natural matte), UV coating (all-over gloss shine), spot UV (selective gloss on logos/photos), soft-touch lamination (velvety premium feel), and pearl finish (subtle iridescent shimmer).
How fast can I get them?
Standard production is 2–5 business days plus UPS shipping (1–5 days depending on zone). Rush production (next-day) is available on most orders for an additional fee.
Can I print single-sided?
Yes. All sizes are available single-sided (4/0) or double-sided (4/4). Double-sided is typically only 15–25% more — most customers go double-sided.
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG. Files should be CMYK, 300 DPI, with .125" bleed. Our preflight team checks every file and emails you if anything needs fixing.
Do you offer design help?
Three ways: customize any template in our online Design Studio for free, upload your finished design, or hire our design team for 2–3 custom concepts in 48 hours — unlimited revisions until you love it.
Can you mail flyers for me?
Yes — for flyers at 4.25×11" or larger we offer EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) and targeted mailing list services. See our postcards mailing options for details.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We send a free paper-and-finish sample pack to any US address — just request one when you start your first order, or reach out to our team.
What's your reorder policy?
One-click reorders from your account dashboard — same specs, same artwork, optionally updated copy. Reorder discounts apply automatically on repeat runs of the same job.
