How fast is turnaround?
Single Asset orders ship first drafts in 48 hours. Design Packs ship the full set in 72 hours. Unlimited Monthly clients see most single-asset requests delivered same day or within 24 hours. Larger asks (decks, packaging systems) follow a scoped timeline we agree on upfront.
How many revisions are included?
Single Asset includes 2 rounds. Design Pack and Unlimited Monthly include unlimited revisions on the chosen direction. "Revision" means refining the work — switching direction mid-project counts as a new asset.
What file types do I receive?
You'll get every output you need — PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG — plus the editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma, depending on the asset). Pack and Monthly plans also include print-ready exports with bleed and crop marks where applicable.
Do I own the work?
Yes — full commercial license, forever. On delivery, copyright is fully assigned to you. No watermarks, no royalties, no recurring license fees. Print it, post it, sell it.
Can I request rush turnaround?
Yes. Same-day rush is available on Single Asset and Design Pack for +$99 (subject to designer availability). Unlimited Monthly clients get the fastest queue position by default — most requests turn around in under 24 hours.
What if I don't like the first draft?
It rarely happens once we've seen your brand assets and references, but if a first draft misses the mark, we regroup, sharpen the brief, and start fresh at no extra charge. We don't ship until you're thrilled.
Can you match my existing brand?
Absolutely — that's the norm, not the exception. Upload your brand guidelines, logo files, fonts, or even just a few existing assets you love, and your designer will match the system exactly. No brand guide? We'll work from the inputs you have.
How does Unlimited Monthly actually work?
You submit as many design requests as you want — via Slack, email, or a shared dashboard. We work on 1–2 at a time, ship one, then start the next. Most clients run 15–30 finished assets per month through the queue. You can pause or cancel anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't delivered a first draft yet, you get a full refund — no questions. After delivery, refunds are prorated based on what's been completed. Unlimited Monthly is cancel-anytime; you won't be charged for the next cycle.
