What materials hold up outdoors?
13oz vinyl is our outdoor standard and rated for 2–3 years. For high-wind sites use mesh (lets wind through), for permanent installations use aluminum, and for two-year storefront pieces choose 18oz blockout vinyl. Coroplast yard signs are also fully weatherproof.
Do you include grommets and hardware?
Brass grommets every 2 feet are free on all vinyl and mesh banners. H-stakes are included free with every coroplast yard sign order. Retractable stands and X-stands ship complete with carrying case.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard production is 3–5 business days plus UPS shipping. Rush production (next-day on most banners up to 4×8) is available — call us by 11am ET for same-day printing.
Can I print single-sided or double-sided?
All banners ship single-sided by default. For double-sided printing without showthrough, use 18oz blockout vinyl — its opaque core blocks light so each side reads clean.
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF preferred (CMYK, 150 DPI at final size, .5" bleed for banners). We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG. Our preflight team checks every file and emails if anything needs fixing.
How big can you print?
Single-piece vinyl banners up to 16' on the short side, virtually unlimited on the long side. Larger pieces are seamed together with welded joins. Aluminum and acrylic max out at 4'×8' per panel.
Do you offer design help?
Three ways: customize any template in our Design Studio for free, upload a finished design, or hire our designers for 2–3 custom concepts in 48 hours with unlimited revisions.
