100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Inkgility order is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something we delivered isn't right — defects, errors, quality issues, or service that fell short of what we promised — we will fix it, redo it, or refund it. No fine print, no fight.

We've been printing and building for small businesses since 2013. We don't ship work we wouldn't put our own name on, and we don't ask you to accept what we wouldn't accept ourselves. The guarantee is good for 30 days from final delivery on every product and service in our catalog.

  • Printing standards: ISO 12647-2 process control, G7 calibration on all presses, Pantone Plus reference for spot colors, 350 DPI minimum for raster artwork, FOGRA-certified proofing.
  • Design standards: Originality screening against major databases, contrast checks at WCAG AA, file kits delivered in every requested format, documented type and color systems.
  • Response time standards: 1 business hour for live chat, 4 business hours for email, 24 hours for proof feedback, 48 hours for quote responses.
  • Production standards: Three checkpoint reviews — proof, press, and post-production — before any unit ships.
  • Sustainability standards: FSC-certified papers offered on every flat product, soy-based inks where available, climate-neutral certified operations.

How to Invoke the Guarantee

  1. Contact us within 30 days of final delivery via dashboard, email, or phone.
  2. Describe the issue. Photos are helpful for print; screenshots for digital.
  3. Tell us your preferred resolution: redo, refund, or partial credit.
  4. We respond within 1 business day with the decision and next steps.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under our Refund Policy and Returns Policy. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
